Your role

You'll work across the full stack, from architecting backend systems and APIs to building clean, performant front-end interfaces. Our projects span industries and platforms, so versatility isn't a bonus here: it's the job. You'll collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and fellow developers in a fast-moving, async-friendly environment.

What we're looking for

• Mastery of both front-end and back-end development — you move fluidly between layers
• Hands-on experience with Drupal, Craft CMS, Laravel, Symfony, or similar platforms
• Comfortable working on multiple project types simultaneously; SaaS, institutional, e-commerce, editorial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (English is a plus)
• Strong organizational habits: you document your work, flag blockers early, and hit your deadlines
• Genuinely curious about new tools and frameworks — you don't wait to be asked to level up
• Based in Canada and legally authorized to work here
